
It is a preparation in powder to be added to a milk base mix, characterized by a high content of “fresh and creamy” dehydrated cheese (first ingredient). It introduces in gelato and cold process pastry the flavor of the famous American cake made of creamy cheese, well-known all over the world under various names (ex. Käsekuchen).
USES:
- for a gelato with a fresh and slightly acidulous hint, customizable with different variegating pastes such as raspberry, little strawberries to be filled and decorated with biscuits or crumbled short crust (ex. Butter Cookies).
- In pastry: to be cold processed to create, with one product only, an entire range of cheesecakes with different flavors, enlarging in this way the choice in the pastry showcase especially during autumn and winter time
