Cattabriga Effe 6 vertical gelato batch freezer, made in Italy by Iceteam 1927. US version (EFFE 6/B-US), ETL listed to UL 621 and NSF/ANSI 6. Protective film is still on parts of the cabinet.

The Effe 6 is a vertical batch freezer with an open top, so you can add ingredients while the mix is freezing and customers can watch the gelato being made. The vat itself rotates instead of using a paddle, and glycol-based freezing gives an even, gentle freeze. A compact footprint for front-of-house production of gelato, ice cream and granita.

It is covered by the same warranty as a new machine. It requires 3-phase power and a water supply, so please confirm your shop has both before ordering.

Condition: Showroom unit, never installed

Model: EFFE 6/B-US

Batch size: 9 qt (6.3 qt of mix)

Output: Up to 38 qt per hour

Electrical: 208-230V / 60Hz / 3-phase, hardwired

Breaker: 38A max breaker, 24A minimum circuit ampacity

Cooling: Water cooled (1/2" water inlet)

Refrigerant: R-449A

Dimensions: About 21-5/8" W x 32-7/8" D x 78-3/4" H, on casters

Listings: ETL listed to ANSI/UL 621 and NSF/ANSI 6

Ships freight on a pallet.
