Shipping policy

We ship through FedEx. All orders placed before 11am EST will be processed that day. Any placed after 11am EST will be processed the following business day. 

We are closed for all major holidays, any orders placed on a major holiday will be processed the next available business day.

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier-related issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery timeline is solely dependent on the carrier’s schedule.
