It is characterized by a mix of Italian figs pulp in slices and a strongly aromatic caramel. It doesn’t contain colourings and it only has natural flavourings, it belongs therefore to the ALL NATURAL range, the quintessence of pureness and genuineness. It features the typical caramelized flavour of oven baked figs. It’s a versatile product for plentiful creations of “haute” gelato and cold processed pastry. It absolutely deserves a trial in combination with cheeses (e.g. mascarpone, ricotta), with chocolate and dried fruits (walnuts, almonds, pine seeds, hazelnuts) both in gelato and cold pastry. It is delicious when blended with the Zabaione Florio and Disaronno Amaretto pastes.
