This paste has been specifically designed to variegate. Use it in combination with WHISKY CREAM PASTE (see Gusti Creme section) to make full, rich and delicate gelato with a hint of caramel. A balanced combination of flavors, typical of the best whisky creams. Excellent as a filling for chocolate and in many artisan pastry specialties.
