The Effe 6 is a vertical batch freezer with an open top, so you can add ingredients while the mix is freezing and customers can watch the gelato being made. The vat itself rotates instead of using a paddle, and glycol-based freezing gives an even, gentle freeze. A compact footprint for front-of-house production of gelato, ice cream and granita.
It is covered by the same warranty as a new machine. It requires 3-phase power and a water supply, so please confirm your shop has both before ordering.

Installation: We'll walk you through installation over FaceTime, or fly out to help on site for an additional fee.

Compressor coverage ends no later than 5 years and 3 months after shipment, and parts coverage no later than 1 year and 3 months. Excludes refrigerant, accidents, misuse and alteration. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
